Returns & Cancellations

Return Policy:

Complains of any nature regarding shipment can only be considered if advised within 10 days from receipt of merchandise, otherwise we cannot permit exchange or issue credit. No returns accepted without authorization issued upon prior notice stating reason.

No returns with special print request will be accepted as all special print request are manufactured expressly for your special order.

Sample Sale Policy: There are no returns or exchanges for our sample sale. The only exception to this is if there are damages on the sample. Thank you for understanding.

Cancellations:

Merchandise is manufactured expressly for your special order and is not subject to cancellation by the buyer.
